    Snacks: Strawberries & Blueberries - 50 calories 

                Sesame Snaps - 157 calories 

    Total: 1247 


    I’ve only just got home from a full day’s work and a trip to my boyf’s, so didn’t do the 30DS. I’m a bit peeved about this as I don’t know if it’s going to ruin my progress and overall result, but I hope not…. AHHH so annoying.

     


  2. Completely unrelated to weight loss, but I need to share my frustration!

    The winning Euromillions numbers for tonight were, 2, 4, 14, 26, 36, 9, 10 

    I had, 1, 3, 13, 25, 36, 9 & 10. 

    One number out! I could have won 92 FUCKING MILLION! 

    But it’s okay, because I matched three numbers… I’ve won the grand total of £5.99. 

    Not amused!!

    Exercise: Level 1, Day 3 - 30 Day Shred 

                  1 hr 20 min walk - 285 calories burnt

    Total: 882 calories 

    Exercise: Level 1, Day 2 - 30 Day Shred (Such a killer!) 

                  Did some housework, I’m sure that burnt something…..

    Dinner: Innocent Mexican Veg Pot - 324 calories

    Total: 979 calories 

    Exercise: Day 1 - Level 1 of the 30DS 

                  60 min + 40 min minute walk - 451 calories burnt

     


  7. Just bought the 30DS off Amazon. I see it mentioned daily on my dashboard and I’ve always been intrigued but a little intimidated by it if I’m honest. People are always saying how hard they find it and how tiring it can be, but I’m prepared to work for my results. Hopefully I can stick with and come out fighting fit by the end of it.

    Total:  705 calories 

    Didn’t realise I’d eaten so little today. The heat has made me lose my appetite entirely and I don’t really feel up to “hot” meals. I’ll have to keep an eye on it, I feel like I’m not doing this the healthy way and that’s what I set out to do from the beginning.
